In addition, these scholarships cover health insurance and return airfare between China and the Netherlands upon completion of the MPP programme.

Eligibility Criteria 

To be considered for the CSC Scholarship Program, candidates must:

  • Be a citizen of the People’s Republic of China.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or be enrolled in the final year of a master’s degree programme.
  • Have experience working in an international organization for at least six (6) months or hold a Master’s degree.
  • Have received an offer of admission to the MPP and paid the application handling fee.

Application Timeline

  • 15 March 2024: Deadline for MPP application (including handling fee payment).
  • 30 March 2024: Applicants are informed of MPP acceptance.
  • 10 April 2024: Deadline for MPP-accepted applicants to apply to CSC.
  • From June 1, 2024, CSC will inform scholarship applicants of their acceptance.

MPP Scholarships for Non-EU Students

The MPP Scholarship is a prestigious award that is presented annually to a deserving non-EU student who has not yet had the opportunity to study outside of their home country. This scholarship is available to applicants of all ages, and there are no restrictions based on age or previous qualifications.

If you are successful in your application, you will receive funding to cover the non-EU institutional tuition fee for the academic year 2024–25. This fee currently amounts to €16,600 and will be fully covered by the scholarship.
