About the Singapore A Star Research Internship Award 2024

Applications are currently being accepted for the Singapore A Star Research Internship Award 2024. Facilitated through the A Star (ARIA) Internship, this program is tailored to nurture the research acumen of students and equip them with invaluable skills in scientific inquiry.

Administered by the esteemed Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR), this internship offers a flexible duration, ranging from a minimum of 12 weeks to a maximum of 16 weeks, ensuring ample time for interns to immerse themselves in their research projects. Beyond the academic enrichment, selected interns will also receive a monthly stipend ranging from S$1600 to S$2,000, providing financial support throughout the duration of their internship.

Eligibility Criteria

The Minimum internship duration is 16 weeks (during semester) or 12 weeks (during vacation).
Singaporean undergraduates who have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate degree program.
Have a strong interest in a research career
Have not previously been awarded an ARIA internship
