Applications are open for the Lithuania State Scholarships 2024-2025. The Lithuania State Scholarship is a fantastic way to receive free education throughout Europe. The Lithuanian government provides financial aid to foreign students for short-term studies, such as one to two semesters at Lithuanian universities, under the Lithuania State Scholarship program. European Scholarships are available to students who are citizens of some of the qualifying nations (listed below) for short-term studies in Lithuania. Scholarships for Short-Term Lithuanian Studies include studies in Lithuania for one to two semesters, with at least 50% of the subjects being related to Lithuanian studies.
There are fifteen Lithuanian Short-Term Studies scholarships available to international students, and thirty scholarships are available to Lithuanian science centre researchers, lecturers, and students. To qualify for short-term Lithuanian studies scholarships, students must select and plan their coursework so that at least 50% of their degree subjects—which can include Lithuanian history, ethnology, literature, linguistics, philology, and folklore—are related to Lithuanian studies.
