For the 2024 Heineken Management Trainee Program, applications are now being accepted.

Trainees are equipped with the individualized development, experience, and mentorship necessary to advance to senior levels within Heineken Beverages through a fast-paced, accelerated learning environment.
The program’s objective is to develop capable, prepared future leaders who can steer the company and propel it forward.
You have to have gained the necessary technical know-how, leadership abilities, and background information after finishing the traineeship to be qualified for a leadership role in one of Heineken Beverages’ crucial supply chain responsibilities. We are searching for seven recently graduated persons who want to work in one of our manufacturing sites in supply chain and specialize in the processing industry.
Programme Duration:
The programme offers participants exposure to various aspects of supply chain support functions, with a particular focus on processing improvement projects and workplace dynamics. Participants will also have opportunities to stand in for specific job roles during designated periods, gaining valuable experience across the business value-chain and core business fundamentals.
Requirements:
To qualify for the programme
Candidates must possess a tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in one of the following fields:
Chemical Engineering. Additionally, candidates must be South African citizens with a strong academic track record at the tertiary level. Proficiency in computer literacy is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment and demonstrate the potential to make a positive impact.
Candidates should exhibit high levels of motivation and be adept at self-management, supported by a proven track record of successful performance in past tasks and assignments.
Effective communication skills are crucial
As candidates must be able to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and educational levels. Furthermore, candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
