About the University of St. Gallen PhD Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a university-level master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in English (knowledge of German is desirable).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
  • Basic understanding of Linux-based and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, preferably with experience in protocols for constrained networks.
  • Independent, structured approach to work with excellent time management skills.
  • Passion for hands-on work and prototyping with real-world devices and sensors.
