Requirements for the Baker Hughes Early Career Program
To succeed in this position, you must:
- Within the previous 36 months, you should have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all areas), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a closely related field.
- To be eligible, you should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
- Also, possess good communication skills and am proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to work legally and unrestricted by a firm in the nation where you are applying.
- In addition, you should possess excellent communication abilities, a talent for teamwork, and the capacity to mentor others.

Duties and Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for the following while participating in our Early Career Program as a Field Engineer
- You will serve as the main point of contact between the client and our on-site teams as a field engineer.
- Working professionally and technically, you’ll supervise teams to make sure that machinery is set up, maintained, and started correctly.
- You will aid in establishing dependable, superior service for our clients by producing important inventive contributions to our future.
- You will also be collaborating with crew members to deliver equipment and services, including communication with clients and operations managers situated on the land.
- Engaging in practical work at the rig site to assist in solving difficult technical difficulties.
- You will be responsible for preparing, recording, and receiving goods to and from the well site as well as equipment and items that are going out and coming in.
