UK Siddall Sheffield Scholarship 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Siddall Sheffield Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

• Be a US citizen, not residing or previously resident in the UK
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.7 (preferred)
• Be self-funded and eligible for overseas tuition fees at Sheffield
• Be applying for Autumn 2026 entry (no deferrals allowed)

UK Siddall Sheffield Scholarship 2026 Application Procedure 

To apply, complete the following steps by 13 January 2026 (5pm UK time):

1. Submit online application through the University of Sheffield’s scholarship portal
2. Provide a 500-word engineering research proposal
3. Include a 500-word civic engagement essay
4. Upload one academic reference from a faculty member
5. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual interview in March 2026
6. Final results will be announced by 31 March 2026
