Proof of State of Origin – A letter from the university or local government office.
Two Letters of Recommendation from any of the following:
- A Pastor or Imam
- A Village Head
- A Local Government Chairperson
- A University Lecturer or Head of Department
One Additional Letter of Recommendation from the Dean of Faculty or School Head.
Proof of Enrollment in Department – A letter or document from the department.

Photocopy of Current Student Identification Card.
Recent Passport-Sized Photograph.
