Introduction to the Hanken GBSN Scholarship 2024/2025

Applications are now open for the Hanken GBSN Scholarship 2024/2025. Hanken School of Economics is offering two premium scholarships to students currently studying at or alumni of GBSN member schools from developing countries for Hanken’s 2-year Master’s Degree programme in 2024.

About the Hanken GSBN Master’s Scholarship 2024 

The MSc in Economics and Business Administration is a two-year leadership and business program 

Master’s programs are taught entirely in English. In addition, you can choose a track to specialize in a certain field. We strongly encourage you to go abroad on an exchange.

When you have completed a Master’s Degree at Hanken, you will have a higher education degree in which you have gained a thorough knowledge of your major subject or programme from an academic point of view as well as relevant for your future career.

Eligibility Criteria

For those who are interested in becoming a GBSN Scholar and applying for the Premium Scholarship, it’s important to note that there are certain eligibility criteria that must be met. Firstly, candidates must be either a current student or an alumnus of a GBSN member school. This is a crucial requirement for being considered for the scholarship program.

Additionally, it’s important to note that the selection process for the scholarship program is highly competitive, and only a limited number of scholarships are awarded each year. As such, candidates are advised to submit strong applications that showcase their academic and leadership potential.

It’s important to ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria by the deadline of January 3, 2024. This will enable you to be considered for the scholarship program, which can provide you with valuable financial support and unique opportunities for academic and professional development.

Benefits of Hanken GBSN Scholarship 2024

The Hanken School of Economics will extend up to two premium scholarships to its 2-year Master’s Program to students applying from GBSN Member Schools located in developing countries. The premium scholarship includes:

  • Full tuition fee for two years (equivalent to 15000 EUR/year)
  • 8,000 EUR per year for living expenses

How to Apply for the Hanken GBSN Scholarship

All applications must be submitted through the application portal (link below) and the following documents and reslts must be attahed.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field (At least 30 ECTS in subjects relevant to the programme specialisation/track
  • Language requirement: TOEFL ≥ 92 or IELTS ≥ 6.5 or PTE Academic ≥ 62 or CPE ≥ C)
  • Admission test requirement: GMAT: at least 550 or GRE: Quantitative Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning; at least 150, Analytical Writing; at least 3,5
  • Letter of motivation
  • CV
