Eligibility Criteria

- Be either a PhD holder or currently enrolled as a PhD student.
- Applicants who obtained their PhD more than five years ago are categorized as “confirmed researchers”, while those who earned their doctorate within the past five years are considered “young researchers.”
- Applicants holding dual nationality that includes any European Union country are not eligible for this scholarship.
