Diploma Program Requirements
- Applicants must be no older than 25 years of age by July 31, 2025.
- Unmarried applicants must commit to remaining unmarried throughout the duration of the TIAS Program.
- Submission of a recommendation letter from an authorized government institution affirming the applicant’s commitment to work in the public sector after graduation.
- Citizenship in one of the priority countries listed.
- Submission of a valid health certificate confirming physical and mental fitness.
- Applicants must not be registered as active military personnel or scheduled for compulsory military service during the study period.
- Preferably possess at least two years of work experience in a government institution.
- Possess an active passport valid for a minimum of 18 months from the application date.
- Provide proof of English proficiency through a TOEFL ITP score of at least 477 or an IELTS score of at least 5.5 (prediction tests are accepted).
- Submission of a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent.
- Preferably submit a certificate of good conduct or a document verifying no criminal record.
- Willingness to undertake additional health checks if selected.

Bachelor’s Degree Program Requirements
- Applicants must be no older than 30 years of age by July 31, 2025.
- Other requirements mirror those listed for the Diploma program, including health certification, English proficiency, government sector recommendation, and a valid passport.
- Submission of proof of high school completion is mandatory.
- Preferably provide a certificate of employment in the government sector and a certificate of good conduct.
Master’s Degree Program Requirements
- Applicants must be no older than 42 years of age by July 31, 2025.
- Similar commitments regarding marital status and public service employment after graduation are required.
- Applicants must submit a copy of their bachelor’s degree certificate.
- Applicants should not already possess a master’s degree.
- Submission of a certificate of employment and preferably a certificate of good conduct or no criminal record verification is encouraged.
- Proof of English proficiency remains a requirement.

Selection Criteria
The selection process is rigorous and highly competitive. Applicants undergo both administrative screening and academic evaluation.
