About the Clement Adesuyi Hasstrup Foundation (CAHF) Scholarship
The Clement Adesuyi Hasstrup Foundation (CAHF) Scholarship is dedicated to supporting undergraduates from Ijesaland in Osun State, Nigeria, who are studying at public tertiary institutions across the country. This scholarship, which provides essential financial assistance for tuition and related academic expenses, aims to empower young people from Ijesaland by helping them achieve their educational goals. The scholarship is open annually, and students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply multiple times throughout their academic journey.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the CAHF Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a native of Ijesaland: Specifically from one of the six local government areas within Ijesaland, Osun State.
- Currently be enrolled as an undergraduate: Must be studying at a public tertiary institution within Nigeria.
- Past Recipients: Previous scholarship beneficiaries are eligible to reapply each year as long as they continue to meet the requirements.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Proof of Local Government Origin: Document from the local council confirming the applicant’s origin in Ijesaland.
- Letter of Introduction: Signed by the current Head of Department at the applicant’s institution.
- Certified Academic Record: Issued by the Exams and Records division of the applicant’s institution.
- Current Student ID Card: Issued by the institution, department, or faculty.
- Proof of Registration: Documentation showing registration for the current semester or academic session.
- Confirmation of FISU Membership: Evidence of membership in the Federation of Ijesa Students’ Union (FISU).

- Log in to Complete Registration: Use your surname as the username and your Application ID as the password.
