Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible individuals include foreign nationals, Canadian citizens, and permanent residents.
- must have been awarded a Vanier CGS quota and be nominated by just one Canadian institution.
- Be pursuing your first doctorate (including joint programs with a demonstrated and substantial research component, such as MD/PhD, DVM/PhD, JD/PhD, or MBA/PhD).
- The candidate’s final two years of coursework must have yielded a first-class average.

- Two reference letters.
- A CV/Resume.
- The research contributions are not more than one page.
- A personal leadership statement (max 2 pages)
- Two leadership reference letters.
- A research proposal of a maximum of two pages.
- Project preferences of a maximum of five pages.
- Academic proofs, transcripts, and certificates.
How to Apply
