How to Apply

Step 1: Online Registration on the CSC Portal

Visit the CSC Online Application Portal.
Create an account and log in.

Select “Scholarship Application for Students.”

Step 2: Input Application Information

Choose Program Category: Type B (designated by universities).
Enter USST’s Agency Number: 10252.

Fill in personal details and program preferences.

Step 3: Prepare and Upload Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents in PDF format:

CSC Application Form: Downloadable after completing the portal registration.

Passport Copy: Must be valid beyond September 2024.
Degree Certificates and Transcripts: Official copies of all academic records.
Study Plan Proposal
- Master’s: 1,000 words.
- PhD: 1,500 words.
Recommendation Letters: Two letters from professors or academic advisors.

Physical Examination Form: Completed by a certified physician.
Language Proficiency Certificate
- HSK (Chinese programs).
- IELTS/TOEFL (English programs).
Non-Criminal Record Certificate: Proof of a clean criminal record.
Additional Documents (Optional)
- Pre-admission letter from USST.
- Copies of published research papers or certificates of achievements.

Step 4: Submit the Application

Finalise and submit the application through the CSC Online Portal.

Send the application form and supporting documents to the USST International Student Office via their online portal.
