You can choose from more than 800 full-degree programs, covering all higher education fields at all degree levels. More than 57,000 applications were received in 2022 for the academic year 2023/24 and 4,500 applicants were awarded the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship. About Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2024/25
The Stipendium Hungaricum program is an esteemed scholarship program offered by the Hungarian government that provides funding for higher education studies at various renowned universities in Hungary. This prestigious program offers a wide range of academic disciplines for students to choose from, including engineering, humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, and many more. The proram does not only cover tuition fees but also provides a monthly allowance, accommodation, and health insurance to ensure that the students have a comfortable and stress-free learning experience. - Bachelor programs: 2-4 Years (BA, BSc)
- Master programmes: 1.5-2 Years (MA, or MSc Degree)
- One-tier master programs: 5-6 Years (MA, or MSc Degree)

- Preparatory course in Hungarian language: 1 Year (Certificate)
- Postgraduate specialist training courses: 1-2 Years (Certificate)
In the Hungarian Education system, A tier master’s degree program covers both Bachelor’s and master’s levels of studies.
The one-tier master’s program offers in specific fields general medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, architecture, law, veterinary surgery, forestry engineering.
Postgraduate specialist training courses provide the opportunity to obtain a specialised qualification after a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

- 30th September 2024: Arrival in Hungary

- Applicants cannot directly apply to the Hungarian Universities for a scholarship.
- You do not need an admission offer from the university.
- Only the nominated applicants can proceed with their applications.
