Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed their coursework and university projects by August 2025 and must be able to provide a university completion letter at the time of application.

KPMG recognizes the diversity of educational systems in East Africa. Therefore, eligibility requirements differ slightly depending on your country of residence. Below is a breakdown of the specific criteria for each country:

Kenya

  • Applicants must be graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper Division or a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A minimum of grade B in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), with at least a B in English and Mathematics or their equivalent in other systems (such as IGCSE or American curriculum)

Rwanda

  • Applicants must be graduating in 2024 or 2025
  • A minimum of Second Class Upper Division or a GPA of 3.0 or a cumulative average of 70 percent or higher
  • A minimum of grade B in three principal subjects in the Rwanda Advanced Certificate of Education (A2)

Tanzania

  • Applicants must be graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
  • A minimum of Second Class Upper Division or a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • A minimum of Division 2 at O-Level with at least a B grade in English, Mathematics, and CSSE (Civics, Social Studies, and Environmental Education)

Uganda

  • Applicants must be graduating in 2024 or by August 2025
  • A minimum of Second Class Upper Division or a CGPA of 4.0 or higher
  • At least 14 points at A-Level, with credits in both English and Mathematics
