Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will be actively involved in a variety of essential tasks, including:

- Respond promptly to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) by preparing and submitting quotations and commercial responses.
- Documentation and Licensing
- Ensure company insurance, licenses, and permits are valid and relevant at all times.
- Support in the preparation of technical proposals, reports, and project deliverables such as JCC, customer feedback forms, and timesheets.
- Project Administration and Monitoring
- Assist in contract management, project monitoring, and administration tasks.
- Support in planning and organizing presentations, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Client and Vendor Management
- Execute business and commercial activities such as client and vendor registrations and responding to client enquiries.
- Manage corporate documentation, ensuring timely updates and renewals.
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing OEM-based quotes and responding to product and service enquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operational Support
- Maintain departmental records and assist with office management duties.
- Contribute to business execution processes while upholding professionalism and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.Tech., B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or Sciences.
- Fields of specialisation include Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Physics.
- Must have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Credit from a recognised institution and not earlier than 2019.
- Mandatory Requirements
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Must be 28 years old or younger as of the application date.
- Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
