What is Generation of Environmental Leaders Program (GELP)?

GELP serves as a platform for emerging leaders to showcase their inventive approaches to tackling environmental issues spanning North America. Whether it’s preserving water bodies and landscapes or enhancing air quality, GELP is dedicated to fostering and amplifying the voices of young trailblazers committed to environmental stewardship.

To be eligible for the Generation of Environmental Leaders Program (GELP)

Applicants must be aged between 18 and 35 and reside in Canada, Mexico, or the United States.

This opportunity is open to a diverse range of applicants, including youth-led organizations, NGOs, and young innovators.

Applicants are required to demonstrate how their proposed solution will positively impact communities and contribute to long-term sustainability. Emphasis should be placed on addressing significant environmental challenges prevalent in North American communities.
