Eligibility Criteria

Nationality and Residency:
- Be nationals of a country in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Currently reside in a Sub-Saharan African country.

Commitment to Africa:
- Intend to return to Sub-Saharan Africa after completing their MSc at LSHTM to contribute to the development of health systems or health-related research in the region.
Financial Need:
- Demonstrate that they cannot afford the cost of studying at LSHTM without the support of this scholarship. This is confirmed by applying through the online scholarship portal.
Educational Qualifications:
- Hold a first degree with either a first-class or upper-second-class equivalency level.
- Meet the minimum English language requirements set by LSHTM.
