About the Dream Together Master Scholarship
The Dream Together Master (DTM) Program is a fully funded graduate program offered by Seoul National University (SNU) in South Korea. It is supported by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO). This program aims to enhance global collaboration in sports by equipping students with advanced knowledge and leadership skills in sport management. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, as all courses are conducted in English.
- Exhibit strong potential and enthusiasm for sport management.
- Preferably be current or former athletes or sports administrators.
- Be from a country listed as an Official Development Aid (ODA) recipient by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC).
Selection Criteria
Candidates are selected based on:
- Academic background and qualifications.
- English proficiency (as courses are taught in English).
- Leadership potential and passion for sports management.
- Experience in sports, either as an athlete or administrator.
- Quality of the study plan (Form 2), particularly if aligned with the university sports movement.

- Personal Statement & Study Plan (Form 2)
- Two Letters of Recommendation (Form 3)
- Official Bachelor’s Transcript (in English)
- Official Bachelor’s Certificate of Graduation (in English)
- Copy of Applicant’s Passport (or an official document indicating nationality)
- Copies of Both Parents’ Passports (or official documents indicating nationality)
- Official Document Indicating Parent-Child Relationship
- Proof of English Proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS score report)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
- Official Recommendation Letter from the National or Continental University Sports Federation (NUSF/CUSF)
Optional Documents:
