About the Erasmus University NL Scholarship

The Erasmus University NL Scholarship is aimed at providing international students with an opportunity to study at one of the Netherlands’ leading institutions. This €10,000 scholarship covers:

€5,000 as a tuition fee reduction
€5,000 distributed in monthly payments to help with living expenses

The scholarship is awarded for one academic year, specifically for eligible programs at the Erasmus School of Economics.

Eligible Fields

The scholarship is available to students enrolling in the following Bachelor’s programs at the Erasmus School of Economics:

Bachelor in International Econometrics and Operations Research

Bachelor in International Economics and Business Economics
Double Bachelor BSc2 in Econometrics and Economics

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Must be a national of a non-EEA country.
Previous Enrollment: Should not have previously enrolled as a full-degree student at any Dutch institution.
Program Acceptance: Must be selected for one of the eligible programs at Erasmus School of Economics.

Mathematics Entrance Exam: May be required for some applicants, to be completed by April 1, 2025.
Academic Performance: Must have an average final grade of at least 8.0 on a 10-point scale in secondary school.
Financial Statement: A financial statement is required to demonstrate the necessity of the scholarship for covering tuition and living expenses.

Immigration Procedure: Applicants must complete the immigration procedure by July 15, 2025.

How To apply for this scholarship, follow these steps:

Entrance Exam (if applicable): Complete the mathematics entrance exam, if required, by April 1, 2025.
