Eligibility Criteria:
– Applicants must be graduates with a minimum of two years’ professional experience from specified eligible countries.
– Ideal candidates work for public or private entities in developing countries, focusing on developmental policies in technological, economic, or social spheres.
– They hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with superior academic performance and at least two years of post-bachelor professional experience.- Academic degrees should not be more than six years old at the time of application.
– Individuals residing in Germany for over 15 months at the application deadline are ineligible.
Language Proficiency:
– For German-language study programs: Successful completion of DSH 2 or TestDaF 4 exams prior to enrollment, with a minimum B1 level proficiency at application.
– For English-language courses: Submission of IELTS (Band 6) or TOEFL scores (550 paper-based, 213 computer-based, 80 internet-based), with some programs possibly requiring higher levels.
Funding Details:
– Duration: 12 to 42 months, depending on the program.
– Monthly stipend: 934 euros for graduates, 1,300 euros for doctoral candidates.- Additional benefits may include health insurance, travel allowances, rent subsidy, and family allowance.
Selection Criteria:
– Candidates should meet academic prerequisites and demonstrate potential for success in a German study program, including strong academic performance and language proficiency.
– Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least two years of professional experience.
