Incredible Opportunity: AWARD Climate Action Fellowship 2025 for African Women Leading in Agri-Food and Climate Solutions

Incredible AWARD Climate Action Fellowship 2025

About the AWARD Climate Action Fellowship

The AWARD Climate Action (ACA) Fellowship, officially known as the Accelerating African Women’s Leadership in Climate Action Fellowship, is designed to develop an intergenerational, cross-sectoral network of African women equipped to integrate gender and climate responsiveness into their work in agriculture.

This program empowers fellows to lead climate-resilient development while challenging the discriminatory gender norms that fuel inequality in Africa’s agri-food systems. Through intensive training, mentorship, peer collaboration, and research implementation, fellows will emerge as leaders driving real change for communities most affected by climate change.

Are you a passionate African woman professional actively working to combat climate change in agriculture? Do you dream of leading gender-responsive solutions and becoming a change agent in your community? The 2025 AWARD Climate Action Fellowship is calling on you to join its second cohort—a unique, high-impact initiative designed to empower African women with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to lead climate action across the continent’s agri-food systems.
