About Vienna Bio Center Summer School 2025 in Austria
The Applications are open to apply for the VBC Summer School 2025. VBC stands for the Vienna Bio Center and offers a 9-week summer research program for Bachelor and Master Students from all around the world.
VBC is one of Europe’s leading Research Centers. Approximately 20 students participate in this Summer School in 2025 to work with leading researchers and mentors in a dynamic scientific environment.

Research Areas
Each fellow will work under a Faculty member in a diverse range of research projects available in;
- Molecular biology
- Neuroscience
- Immunology
- Bioinformatics
- RNA biology, stem cells, and
- Biochemistry.

Criterias for the Vienna Bio Center Summer School 2025
- The Summer School is open to all the Nationals.
- Open to undergraduate and master’s students.
- Pursuing a BA Hons, Master’s, or MSc degree.
- Completed at least 2 years of a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of a Master’s study.
- Major in a Life Sciences field (e.g., Molecular and Cell Biology, Chemistry).
- Good academic record.

Interested candidates should;
