Global Youth Mobilization is a movement of young people taking action to improve their lives now and in a post-COVID-19 world.

Supported by the world’s largest global youth organizations, World Health Organization, and United Nations Foundation, Global Youth Mobilization aims to address the negative impact of the pandemic on young people and support them to build back better.
The opportunity is created for young people worldwide to benefit from.

There are an estimated 1.2 billion young people impacted by the pandemic response measures. Disruptions to education, employment, services and social support have changed the future of an entire generation.

It is more important than ever those governments, policy makers, academics, business leaders and civil society come together to find innovative ways of supporting communities and providing hope to younger generations.

With support from the Solidarity Response Fund, Global Youth Mobilization will support and scale-up youth-led solutions and youth engagement programs across the world.

Young people are an essential part of the solution to pandemic recovery. Investing in programs, policies and initiatives led by and for young people will bring about sustainable change in the livelihoods and health of young people now and in the future.

You can proceed to apply for funding from up to $5,000 executes your idea or your community project.

No matter how big or small, you are encouraged to have the confidence and send your application for the funding provided your ideal can solve a problem created by the pandemic or that your project can impact on your community.

All you need to do is complete a short application form setting out your idea, what you want to achieve with the funding and upload a short video explaining why you should be awarded the funding.

ELIGIBILITY for the The World Health Organization Global Youth Mobilization Fund

Any young person between the ages of 14 – 30 is eligible to apply for the funding. The core requirement is for a truly innovative and impactful idea that has the potential to impact the individual or community around them.

Applications for funding must be inclusive and from an individual young person, an informal group of young people or a local / grassroots youth-led organization.
