About the KPMG Sustainability Graduate Program 2024

Eligibility Criteria

Also, the applicants are to ensure that they meet the following eligibility criteria:

A strong interest in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and a comprehension of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) of the UN, the Global Reporting Initiative Standards, and other industry and technical advancements, assurances, and reporting frameworks would be beneficial.
An exceptionally talented team player with the ability to work both independently and in a cohesive team setting
Good analytical, methodical, and attention-to-detail skills

Independent, well-groomed, competent, and self-assured
Writing reports, having effective communication, and making presentations
Results- and target-oriented, with a pressing need to finish tasks

Primary Function

If selected successfully, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

Implementing programs, tests, and procedures for sustainability audit and assurance
Provision of sustainability assurance and reporting services, including the creation of sufficient working papers to bolster the findings and recommendations of sustainability consulting
Recognizing areas of weakness or issue and creating efficient plans for remediation

Writing reports and producing high-quality results
Communication and liaison with clients at different project stages

Excellent analytical technical skills, meticulous and highly detail-oriented
Well-developed investigative, evaluative, and problem-solving ability
The capacity to multitask
