About SIIT Graduate Scholarship 2026
Study in Thailand on a Fully Funded Scholarship – No IELTS Required. Applications are now open for the SIIT Graduate Scholarships 2025-26 at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thailand. This prestigious award is available for international students worldwide who wish to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree in Thailand. The program, also known as the Excellent Foreign Students (EFS) Scholarship, is a fully funded scholarship in Thailand covering tuition fees, living expenses, airfare, and more.

SIIT Graduate Scholarship 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant can be from any country except Thailand.
- The applicant must be able to continue his or her master’s and doctoral studies at SIIT.
- To be admitted to the master’s program, students must have a CGPA of at least 2.75 in their bachelor’s degree.
- Students wanting to pursue a PhD must have a CGPA of 3.50 in their previous master’s degree.
- The applicant must be fluent in English (TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+), IELTS 4.5+) and provide certified proof of proficiency.
- The applicant must have a strong and outstanding academic record and have graduated in the top 20% of his or her class.
- Be in good health and have a clean record.
- Applicants who have received other grants or scholarships are not eligible to apply.
