Parthian Graduate Trainee Program Key Responsibilities:

Engage in cross-departmental rotations to gain a holistic understanding of the financial services sector.
Participate in intensive training sessions focusing on research, financial analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
Contribute to live projects that drive business innovation and growth.

Collaborate with seasoned professionals to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and apply this knowledge to support business objectives.

Recent graduates with a minimum of a second-class upper (2:1) degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools is an advantage.
Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the desire to build a career in the financial services industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
