Hold an undergraduate degree (an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory).
Have at least two years of full-time professional experience after completing university (internships during studies are not counted).
Demonstrate proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills relevant to the region of placement are considered a plus.

Be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
