About Harvard WECode Conference
Applications are now open for the Harvard WECode Conference Tech Fellowship 2025! If you’re an undergraduate woman passionate about technology and eager to connect with like-minded peers, this is your chance to be part of something transformative.
The Harvard WECode Conference, happening from February 15-16, 2025, is a two-day in-person event designed for undergraduate women engineers.
It’s an opportunity to hear from industry professionals, build valuable networks, and discover the possibilities the tech world has to offer.
As a Harvard Tech Fellow, you will partner with the Harvard team to promote the conference, share it with your campus community, and help more women access this life-changing experience.

Who Can Apply For Harvard WECode Conference?
- Open to undergraduate students who identify as women, non-binary, genderfluid, or other gender minorities.
- You should have a demonstrated interest in technology—whether you’re a beginner or experienced tech enthusiast, all levels are welcome!
How to Apply
The application consists of three parts:
- Mandatory Fellowship Application.
- Committee Selection: Choose between Professional Development, Digital Media, or Peer Engagement.
- Optional Leadership Role Application: You can apply to be a lead fellow for one of the committees.
Short Answer Questions:
- Technology Experience: Share what experience you have in tech, or what excites you about learning it, and your future goals in the field (max 250 words).
- Why Harvard WECode Conference?: Tell us why you want to be a WECode Tech Fellow and what you’ll bring to the Fellowship (max 250 words).
- Publicizing WECode: Describe how you’ll promote the event across the three areas of outreach (max 250 words).
- Your Role: Explain why you’re the best candidate for your top committee role (max 250 words).
