About Growing Future Leaders Internship Program
BCG is committed to developing and supporting top talent from underrepresented groups in consulting, and the Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program aims to accomplish just that.
GFL is a 10-week intensive summer internship program for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students.
This program is designed to support and develop students from these groups as they prepare to become leaders in consulting and the global business community.
The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program allows a select group of sophomores (second-year students) to gain firsthand experience with BCG’s work and culture in one of their US or Canadian offices.
In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG case team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a scholarship & offer to return as a Summer Associate following their junior (third year).
