Government of Hong Kong Scholarships Requirements
- Hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A-Level) or International Advanced Level (iAL) with Grade E in two subjects (for BEdECE) or one subject (for HDECE).
- Obtain Grade E in English Language at A/AS-Level or Grade C in GCE O-Level/GCSE/IGCSE.
