Educational Background: A completed bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in a STEM discipline). A postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
Work Experience: Candidates must have no more than three years of full-time formal work experience by the program start date. (Internships, vacation work, short-term contracts, and co-op experiences are not counted toward this limit.)
Eligibility: Applicants must have legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country where they are applying. For Nigerian applicants, completion of the National Youth Service (NYSC) is required.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
