About Federal Government SkillUp Artisan Training Program
The Federal Government SkillUp Artisan Training Program, which is known as the SkillUP Artisans (SUPA), will impact 10 million artisans over a 2-year period.
The program is a joint initiative of the Federal Government and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and will be coordinated by the latter.

The preference for white-collar jobs has resulted in a scarcity of qualified Nigerian artisans. SUPA seeks to reverse this trend.
SUPA is a comprehensive initiative aimed at aiding quality service delivery through the certification and licensing of artisans to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
