About the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fully Funded Enterprising Futures Scholarship
Applications are now open for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fully Funded Enterprising Futures Scholarship 2025. This program provides an opportunity for young leaders from developing and fragile states to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany.
The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in partnership with One Young World, offers this scholarship to empower emerging leaders who are actively contributing to positive change in their communities. This initiative allows recipients to participate in the One Young World Summit, where they will engage with over 2,000 global leaders to share innovative ideas, build connections, and collaborate on solutions to critical global challenges.
The program also includes pre- and post-summit activities, enhancing the overall experience and fostering professional growth for participants.

Eligibility Criteria for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fully Funded Enterprising Futures Scholarship
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years old by November 2025, the date of the One Young World Summit.
- Professional Engagement: Applicants must demonstrate active involvement in youth employment and job creation, either as entrepreneurs or in a similar impactful role.
- Nationality and Residency: Applicants must be nationals of and residents in one of the following eligible countries: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iraq (including the Kurdistan region), Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Senegal, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, or Uganda. Candidates with refugee status are also eligible.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants must have a working understanding of English, as the summit and related activities will be conducted in English.
- Availability: Applicants must be available to participate in the program full-time from November 2 to November 7, 2025, including pre- and post-summit activities.
- Commitment to Diversity: The program encourages applications from all eligible candidates, regardless of race, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, or educational background.

Applications are open to nationals of Algeria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iraq (including the Kurdistan region), Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Senegal, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, and Uganda. Candidates with refugee status from these countries are also eligible.

Recipients of this scholarship will receive:
- Access to the One Young World Summit 2025, held from November 3 to November 6 in Munich, Germany.
- Hotel accommodation during the summit dates.

- Round-trip economy flights to and from Munich.
- Domestic travel expenses to reach the airport for international flights.
