Compensation: $21.30 (net) for non-U.S. citizens, $26.00 (gross) for U.S. citizens per hour

Rotations:

Gain exposure across three different Treasury teams, each focused on areas like asset management, capital markets, and risk management.

Engagement: Participate in a custom onboarding, weekly discussions with Treasury leaders, and a capstone project that you’ll present to senior management.

Networking: Connect with nearly 300 Treasury professionals, including the Vice President & Treasurer.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be in your second-to-last year of a four-year college degree program.
Must have a strong academic standing and a demonstrated interest in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Must be available for full-time, in-person work in Washington, DC, for the entire internship period.
Graduation expected between December 2025 and September 2026.

World Bank Treasury Summer Internship Application Process

Submit the following by October 13th for the World Bank Treasury Summer Internship :

A one-page PDF cover letter.

Optional: A half-page diversity statement.

Selected interns will be reviewed by a recruitment committee and may be invited for an interview.

All applicants will be notified of their status by December.
