World Bank Junior Professional Associate Program Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the JPA program, you must:
- Be 32 years of age or younger
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
- Be fluent in English
The JPA program is highly competitive. Candidates who are actively considered for positions may be required to present academic transcripts and professional references.

Note: A JPA assignment does not guarantee continued employment at the World Bank Group. After completing the three-year JPA contract, candidates may apply for competitive term employment assignments with no cooling-off period.
