Why SHE CAN with ICT?
SHE CAN with ICT (Sustaining Her Enterprise, Career and Network) is a W.TEC initiative designed to improve the productivity and profitability of women-owned businesses, by equipping them with in-depth practical digital technology skills and tools to catalyze their entrepreneurial growth in an increasingly technology-driven business environment.
SHE CAN with ICT is more than just a training program; it’s a movement to bridge the gender gap in technology and entrepreneurship. For the 2024 – 2025 cycle for the programme, we understand that women in fashion and beauty often face unique challenges, and we are here to provide the tools, resources, and support needed to overcome these hurdles and reach new heights.
