About Aspire Leaders Program 2025

The Aspire Leaders Program invites low-income, first-generation college students and recent graduates from around the world to take part in a free online immersive leadership journey that includes professional skills training, an exclusive course designed and delivered by Harvard faculty, and interactive seminars led by world-class educators.

Following graduation, Aspire Institute enables alumni to continue their leadership development through seed funds, workshops, and a vibrant global network of peers and mentors.

Aspire Leader Program Journey

Module I: Personal and Professional Development
- Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.
- Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network.
- Live interactions among a global cohort of peers.
Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course: Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty.
- Topics:
  - Understanding Yourself as a Leader
  - Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust
  - Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
  - Voices of Leaders
  - Addressing Community Challenges
  - Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide
Module III: Immersive Learning
- Synchronous sessions led by world-class educators from universities around the world.
- Live learning and discussions with a global cohort of peers and mentors.

Eligibility

Aspire Leaders Program 2025 is open for;

Open for the 18-29 years old;
Low-income background;
First-generation college student or recent graduate but not enrolled in a graduate program;
Intermediate level English.
