Requirements:
To be eligible for this program, interested candidates must:

Be a recent University graduate who holds a degree in courses related to livestock Agriculture such as Animal Science, Zootech or related courses with no more than 4 years since graduation

Be within the ages of 22 – 35 years as at the time of application.

Successful candidates should be university graduates with no more than 4 years post graduation.

Must be ready to work in Germany for a period of 12 months on a livestock farm.

I’m very interested in this program but the challenge is the eligibility. You should know by now that while obtaining a university degree is beneficial, it doesn’t make a candidate better than others who don’t have it for some reason. There are bright minds who don’t have a bachelors or masters degree but can do better than some others who have these degrees.
This is my proposal: Instead of focusing more on certificates, why not be flexible by also focusing on talents and abilities? To be fair, why not give everyone an equal opportunity to prove himself through some assessments you set based on the skills you require?
I urge you to think about this: How many successful entrepreneur has a bachelors degree?
This degree requirement thing is doing more harm than good because it’s not giving others an equal opportunity to succeed.
